Black cockatoos (Zanda funerea)

This was the sight outside my bedroom window the other day.

There were about twenty black cockatoos at the start, but some flew away before I even thought to take a photo, and others are off the screen.

Black cockatoos really are lovely birds.

Black cockatoos are beautiful and their call, along with that of magpies and kookaburras, are hauntingly beautiful

What a beautiful sight from your bedroom window!

I am just about to move into my new house and I was so excited to hear a song bird outside the kitchen window.
I've moved into a street where on my side there is no vegetation at all so the trees I have planted are only small but they are in flower and already the birds have found them.
